Nondiscrimination and Equity Statement

The Greenwich Public Schools do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or age in its programs and activities, including in admission, access, treatment, or employment in its programs and activities.  Under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 34 CFR Part 100; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 34 CFR Part 106; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation  Act of 1973, 34 CFR Part 104; Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 28 CFR Part 35; and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, 34 CFR Part 110, the Greenwich Public Schools are required not to discriminate in the aforesaid manner.
